Yoga Sessions
Yoga practice can bring lifelong support and benefits, and you can start your journey here at Sizi Yoga & Lifestyle. The home-like ambience and low instructor-to-student ratio makes it easier for you to follow as well as building your confidence. There are 2 types of sessions: An open session means it is open for others to sign up; while a private session means it will be blocked off from others. Most of the sessions are Hatha Yoga style. They are ideal for beginners or those who prefer a slower and calming flow. Vinyasa Yoga sessions follow a faster flow and requires more energy. Please contact me ahead either you are interested in joining an open session or private session. I would be happy to give suggestions or answer your questions.
